Data License

1. Internal use only. Subscription data — including dashboard views and CSV/XLSX exports — is licensed for your or your organization's internal research and analysis. It may not be redistributed, resold, republished, scraped, or used to build or supplement a competing dataset or product.

2. Quoting and citation. Brief excerpts and aggregate figures may be quoted publicly (articles, reports, presentations) with attribution to Pinpoint Search Group. Verified press subscribers may quote freely with attribution — that's what the tier is for.

3. Export budgets. Plans include a monthly export-row budget shown on your dashboard. Budgets reset on the 1st of each month. Bulk and programmatic access (REST API, unlimited export, white-label rights) is licensed separately under Enterprise terms.

4. As-is. Data is compiled from public announcements with care but provided as-is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. It is market research, not investment advice.

5. Termination. Breach of this license — in particular redistribution or dataset reconstruction — terminates access without refund.
